President Tokayev calls for improving human capital

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev speaking at the 32nd Foreign Investors Council said that one of the major tasks of the country is now to switch to a quality staff training system, Akorda reported.
The head of state noted that Kazakhstan is successfully implementing the national plan on 5 institutional reforms and a strategic development plan until 2025.
"We will improve our legislation in the tax sphere, business, intellectual property and finance," he noted.
Tokayev also said that the government is devloping a new state program of development of education and science, which should be widely discussed with the public, including employers and investors.
