"Our main goal is to provide young people with modern and quality education. We will develop our country thanks to our educated youth, not natural resources. Your golden certificate is your first successful step towards higher education. I sincerely congratulate you on the successful completion of your studies. One of the main principles of the state policy is to create a flexible, transparent and continuously developing education system," he said.

It should be noted that the average score, obtained by the participants of the nationwide testing, is growing steadily. The performance of students, studying on a budgetary basis has increased sharply. And the most important thing is that equal access to higher education has been created for all those wishing to get higher education, and trust in this system has increased.
The President also noted that it is gratifying to see that among the recipients of gold certificates many graduates from the regions. "I am pleased to note that 57% of those, who got the highest pointes, are graduates from the regions. The Nation-wide testing allows to assess not only the level of knowledge of graduates, but also will create conditions for its self-development," Jeenbekov said.
This school year, 52 graduates have received gold certificates. Of these, 19 are from the regions of the country. The highest score (238) was obtained by a graduate from Jalal-Abad Oblast.
The Nation-wide testing has been conducted in Kyrgyzstan since 2002 by decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the threshold point for admission to the university is 110 points.
