Representatives of Kyrgyz Republic offer to introduce CIS Visa

At the initiative of representatives from Kyrgyzstan, the project "Passport of a Tourist of the CIS" or "Visa of the CIS", which will allow citizens of all CIS countries to travel on preferential terms, can be considered, head of the CIS Executive Committee Tatyana Kovaleva told on the margins of the First Annual Tourism Exhibition of the CIS countries in Samarkand, which takes place from July 9-10 of this year.
On the first day of the event, a meeting of the Council of Tourism of the CIS member states, a presentation of new combined routes and guidebooks, a presentation from the Silk Road International University of Tourism took place.
The International Scientific and Practical Seminar "Tourism in the CIS countries and regional cooperation: new challenges and opportunities" is also taking place.
"The meeting participants took note and supported the work of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan in implementing the project of applying the Silk Way regime," said Abdulaziz Akkulov after the meeting.
The event is attended by a delegation of Kyrgyzstan led by Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic Kyial Kenzhematova.
