Bishkek, July 12, 2019. / Kabar /. "Strengthening the strategic partnership with our brotherly country Kazakhstan is one of the priorities of the foreign policy of Kyrgyzstan," Kyrgyz Prime Minister Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev told during the narrow-format talks as part his official visit of Kazakhstan Prime Minister Askar Mamin to Bishkek.
He noted that the Kyrgyz-Kazakh relations are developing at the proper level, an active political and economic dialogue is being maintained, contacts are being made at all levels, which undoubtedly contribute to the substantive content of the bilateral partnership.
"This year, the presidents of our countries held two meetings at which they confirmed their firm determination to fully develop mutually beneficial cooperation, strengthen the traditional principles of friendship, fraternity, alliance and allied partnership," said Abylgaziev.
"Today you are making your official visit to Kyrgyzstan, and also, using this opportunity, we are holding a meeting of the intergovernmental council," he added.
The Kyrgyz prime minister said that during the visit, the experts had worked hard over the draft final documents for two days.
"We are setting ourselves a big goal - to ensure the promotion of topical issues on the bilateral agenda. I would like to express that during our meeting and the meeting of the intergovernmental council we will be able to find mutually acceptable solutions to all issues on the agenda, as well as to identify ways to enhance our cooperation," he added.
