President Tokayev calls on Kazakhstanis to address him directly

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev proposed the citizens of the country to appeal to him via virtual reception, which has been launched on the Akorda website, Zakon.kz reports.
The head of state posted this information on Instagram.
"Dear readers! There are thousands of comments and questions on my page from my followers. Often they raise serious problems that require a systematic work. Everyone, who writes, hopes his or her appeal to be heard. However, I think you understand that it is impossible to answer each of these appeals via social media.
In this regard, my virtual reception has been opened on www.akorda.kz for improvement of interaction with public and responding to the appeals of citizens," the post says.
The President said the virtual reception will allow citizens to send their appeals and receive answers.
