Economists forecast growth at more than 4% in Kazakhstan by end of 2019

AKIPRESS.COM - The Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan forecasts economic growth at 3.8% by the end of 2019, however, they said it might exceed 4%, Director of the department of microeconomic analysis and forecast of the Ministry Askar Japarkulov said on Thursday briefing, vlast.kz reports.
"We had earlier forecast that the growth will be 3.8% by the end of 2019. However, we see that this figure is being reached," he noted.
Japarkulov said due to the 2018 dynamics and a growth in 2018, the Ministry estimated the growth at 3.8%.
"However, the GDP growth might be above 4%," he added.
