President Tokayev shows fist at meeting with Kazakh boxer

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received a professional Kazakh boxer Kanat Islam, who brough the WBP Inter-Continental belt and gloves to the meeting, Sputnik Kazakhstan reports. The head of state and the athlete discussed development of a professional boxing in the country and childrenss sports, including organization of boxing sections in rural areas.
The winner of the WBO Inter-Continental belt thanked the President for support rendered to the Kazakh athletes.
Upon conclusion of the talks, the President made a photo with Islam and his awards and wished him victories in the competitions.
