25 thsd jobs have been created in Kyrgyzstan in H1 2019 – PM Abylgaziev

Bishkek, July 24, 2019. /Kabar/. 108 enterprises were opened and 25 thousand jobs were created in Kyrgyzstan within six months, Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev said during the Government’s session.
He noted that Kyrgyzstan's GDP has grown by 6.4% since the beginning of the year, and the Government's most important task is to create jobs.
"The Makmal Gold will start working soon. The Kichi Chaarat mine is also being opened, where $140 million is being invested and 400 jobs will be created," he said.
Abylgaziev noted that when Dzherui Gold Mine will start working, thousands of jobs to be created there with a salary of at least $500.
"The reserves in this mine will enough for 25 years. This will be our main achievement," PM Abylgaziev added.
He also told about the development of agriculture.
"75% of the country's population live in rural areas, so we have to create jobs there. Talas Oblast is already raising a new varieties of beans, and livestock breeds are improving. According to the results of six months, our agriculture has grown by 2%," said Abylgaziev and stressed that the veterinary system is recognized by the EAEU countries.
