Dairy shop producing 15 types of ice cream opened in Osh Oblast

Osh, Aug.2, 2019. /Kabar/. A dairy shop producing butter, ice cream, quark and sour cream is opened in Nariman village of Kara-Suu region, Osh Oblast.
Bahadyr Mahmudov, the enterprise director said the dairy shop processes up to 3 tons of milk a day. "We have a very wide range of ice cream - more than 15 types. In addition, we produce various dairy products," he said.
The entrepreneur intends to expand the shop and increase the number of products.
"We have purchased Russian equipment, assembled some parts ourselves and started production. The company employs about 30 people. The products are sold on the domestic market," he concluded.
