2145 large enterprises form 75% of GDP of Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Aug.5, 2019. /Kabar/. 75% of Kyrgyzstan's GDP is formed by 2,145 large enterprises, Prime Minister Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev said at the State Tax Service panel according to the results of the first six months of the year.
He noted large enterprises are being opened in the regions, but nevertheless, tax revenues from there are small.
The prime minister noted that 25 thousand jobs had been created for today.
"2,000 large enterprises have been opened. There are 531 large service enterprises in Chui Oblast. If 23,000 jobs are created, the economy should grow, as well as tax revenues," said the head of government.
Abylgasiev noted the decrease in tax revenues is related to the management. He announced his intention to bring to justice the heads of city and district administrations, as well as large enterprises.
