20 people hospitalized as result of conflict in Solton-Sary

Bishkek, Aug.6, 2019. /Kabar/. Today, Aug. 6, at about 4:30 a.m., the Naryn Oblast United Hospital received 20 employees of the Zhong Ji Mining Chinese gold mining company, who were injured on Aug. 5 as a result of the conflict with local residents.
"They have been diagnosed with closed traumatic brain injury and concussions. Doctors assess the condition of all victims as stable. They are receiving appropriate treatment and are being provided with all necessary medicines and medical devices," Kabar News Agency has learned from Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan.
The conflict in Solton-Sary took place on Aug. 5. A large group of residents of villages located near Solton-Sary, went to the office building of the Chinese company Zhong Ji Mining, developing a gold ore deposit. Having met, local residents and workers' companies began to throw stones at each other.
First Deputy Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov and Interior Minister Kashkar Dzhunushaliyev left for Naryn Oblast.
