Safe City cameras in Bishkek catch moment of vandalizing

AKIPRESS.COM - All hardware and software systems, including video surveillance, were broken in three locations in Bishkek on the night of August 8, the press service of the State Committee of Information Technologies and Communications reported. Video surveillance was damaged at the intersection of Chuy and Shopokov streets. The hardware-software system recording traffic violations is working as normally.
To date, the total sum of damage is being calculated. Materials will be handed over to the law enforcement bodies.
Cameras caught the moment of breaking. Participants of the vandalism will be identified.
All damaged cameras will be restored in the nearest future, the Committee noted.
