Trade turnover of Kazakhstan and Canada doubles in H1 2019

AKIPRESS.COM - The trade turnover between Kazakhstan and Canada in January-June 2019 reached $201.8 million, which is twice more than the same period of last year, LS reported.
Almost 98% of what Kazakhstan exports to Canada are natural uranium. Export amounted to $69.2 million, $67.6 million of which are from export of natural uranium. Supplies to Canada in the reported period increased by 60% compared to the first half of 2018.
Canada supplies planes, agricultural machinery, tractors and others to Kazakhstan. Export of Canada to Kazakhstan grew by 2.5 times making $132.6 million n H1 2019.
