"Contribution of Turdakun Usubaliyev to development of Kyrgyzstan is invaluable' President Jeenbekov

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov on August 13 conveyed a session of the organizational committee on holding 100th annversary of Turdakun Usubaliyev.
He noted the special contribution of Usubaliyev to social and economic growth of the country and strengthening of its statehood.
"Kyrgyzstan faced big changes. We became industrial from the agrarian country. Changes happened in economy, culture and practical spheres of live. More than 200 large industrial plants, including the hydroelectric generating stations were opened," he noted.
The President told that he was honored to work with Usubaliyev and Absamat Masaliyev as a member of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan of the first convocation from 1995 to 2000 years.
During the meeting, Chairman of the organizational committee Kubatbek Boronov briefed the participants on the process of preparation for holding of the 100th birthday of Turdakun Usubaliyev.
Turdakun Usubaliev was a Soviet Union-era Kyrgyz politician and First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan in the period 1961-1985.
