Wanted for jailbreaks Kyrgyzstani detained in Odessa

Ukrainian border guards detained a citizen of Kyrgyzstan who had arrived from Turkey and was previously put on the international wanted list at the Odessa International Airport. Ukraina.ru reports.
The man is wanted by law enforcement agencies of Kyrgyzstan for repeated escapes from places of imprisonment.
The offender was handed over to the police after informing the Interpol Bureau of Ukraine.
