Agricultural fair kicks off in Kara-Suu district

AKIPRESS.COM - An agricultural fair kicked off in Kara-Suu district of the Osh region, Turmush reports. The Agriculture Minister Erkinbek Choduyev, heads of the village councils, as well as heads of farms attended the event.
A seminar was held within the fair. An exhibition of breeding stock, in particular merino sheep and Aberdeen cattle was held during the fair. The employees of the breed livestock farm briefed the guests of artificial breeding.
According to the organizers, the aim of the fair is increasing a number of merino sheep, as well as improving the quality of wool.
