Bishkek to host rugby tournament for Kyrgyz and Kazakh security forces

Bishkek, Aug.20, 2019. /Kabar/. Bishkek will host a rugby tournament for security forces of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, the press service of the Internal Troops of Kyrgyzstan’s Internal Ministry reported.
The tournament on Rugby-7 for the Cup of the Commander of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic will be held on Aug. 20 at 10:00 a.m. at the stadium of the Kyrgyz State Academy of Physical Culture and Sport.
The sporting event is dedicated to the 78th anniversary of the formation of the Kyrgyz Interior Ministry troops and the 20th anniversary of the first battle in the history of sovereign Kyrgyzstan.
The tournament will be attended by teams of the Kyrgyz Internal Ministry’s Internal Troops, the National Guard of the Armed Forces, the special purpose regiment of the Internal Ministry, the team of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan, the national team from Almaty.
