Court finds detention of Atambayev legal

AKIPRESS.COM - Pervomay district court of Bishkek found the detention of ex-President Almazbek Atambayev legal on August 20.
The court ruled that there are no grounds to find the detention illegal.
Atambayev's attorney said the decision will be challenged.
The hearing was held without Atambayev in attendance. The judge rejected the motion to bring Atambayev to the courtroom.
Atambayev was detained on August 8 during storming of his house in Koi-Tash village.
