State Penitentiary Service agrees to release Sadyr Japarov to funeral of his son

AKIPRESS.COM - Sadyr Japarov will be released to the funeral of his son, the press service of the State Penitentiary Service reported. The Service earlier received a letter from Japarov's attorney with the request to release him.
"Based on the principles of humanism, which should be shown in the activities of penitentiary system, the State Penitentiary Service took a positive decision towards the appeal of representatives of Sadyr Japarov. He will have an opportunity to say goodbye to his son," the statement said.
Sadyr Japarov is serving his sentence in a penal colony #1 in Moldovanovka.
The 27-year-old Dastan Sadyr uulu died on August 26 after road accident.
