37 enterprises opened in Osh Oblast since beginning of 2019

Bishkek, Aug.27, 2019. /Kabar/. Since the beginning of 2019, 37 enterprises have been opened and 500 jobs have been created in Osh Oblast, GovernorUzarbek Zhylkybayev told during the press conference at Kabar News Agency.
He noted that KGS 3 million were attracted to the oblast as investments. This amount includes internal, external investments and capital investments from the republican budget.
Governor Zhylkybayev added the Osh Oblast is actively developing exports of agricultural products to third countries.
"In Aravan region we opened a logistics center for storing, sorting and packing colored cherries. Our traditional market is Russia and Kazakhstan, but this year we also exported to China. In general, about 1 thousand tons of cherries are exported from this center, 100 tons were sold to China. These figures will be increased next year," he said.
In addition, cement and other construction materials, travertine, cotton, agricultural products and honey are exported from Osh Oblast.
