Residents of 6 villages rally in Naryn demanding meeting with PM and Transport Minister

AKIPRESS.COM - Residents of 6 villages gathered in Ak-Talaa district today to express outrage over condition of the Baetovo - Kosh-Dobo road, Turmush reports. The protesters are demanding to arrange a meeting with Prime Minister Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziyev and Minister of Transport and Roads. Locals want authorities to start the works on asphalt road paving.
To talk to them, head of the district Nurbek Moldokadyrov and chief of the road operator Tunchybek Abdyldabekov arrived. At the meeting, the villagers said the poor condition of the road is leading to road accidents and makes transportation of people to medical facilities difficult.
Those gathered also drew attention to the condition of the bridge through the Ala-Buga River in the village of Kosh-Dobo. They requested to resolve the problems with damaged bridges.
The protesters were promised to inform about their problems to Prime Minister and the Minister of Transport.
