Bishkek, Sept. 6, 2019. / Kabar /. Emilbek Alymkulov has been appointed as governor of Naryn Oblast of the Kyrgyz Republic. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev, the press service of the government said.
Earlier Alymkulov served as mayor of Naryn.
Emilbek Alymkulov was born in 1966 in the village of Ottuk, Naryn region.
