According to the head of the laboratory Nurlan Toktobekov, reconstruction works were conducted less than two years ago. The estimated reconstruction cost totaled 4.6 million soms. "The reconstruction work were done poorly. In addition, the provided documents said that the toilet was built for 217,433 soms and in fact it costs 3,000-4,000 soms. We did not sign papers on the completion of work. Currently, relevant authorities are checking the information. We have not been able to contact the construction company," he said.
Prior to this, it was reported that toilet for 714,000 soms was built in of the Aksy district schools.
