AKIPRESS.COM - Ermek Mamyrkaliyev is appointed State Secretary of the Transport Ministry.
He was introduced to the staff on Sept 12.
Before this appointment, Mamyrkaliyev was working as acting State Secretary of the Transport Ministry.
