Natural disaster in Karakol caused damage for 1.4 million soms

AKIPRESS.COM - 727,000 soms were allocated for strong-wind affected people in Karakol town in the Issyk-Kul region, according to regular meeting of local council, Turmush reports.
Strong wind blew off the roof of houses and fell trees in Karakol on Sept 10.
A special commission conducted an audit and calculated losses. The roofs of 49 houses were damaged due to the strong wind. The total damage reached 1.4 million soms.
The funds were allocated for reconstruction of 49 affected houses.
