Parliament to consider ratification of agreement with Turkey on mutual promotion and protection of investments

AKIPRESS.COM - The Economy Ministry of Kyrgyzstan submitted the draft law on ratification of the agreement on mutual promotion and protection of investments signed by Kyrgyzstan and Turkey on 9 April 2018 in Ankara.
The deal is aimed at improving the investment climate in Kyrgyzstan, attraction of direct investments from Turkey, protection of the rights and interests of investors by creating favorable conditions for them and reducing possible risks associated with capital investments.
The agreement defines procedures for resolution of disputes through negotiations or arbitration court.
