Kyrgyz-Tajik border crisis: Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan arrives in Batken

AKIPRESS.COM - Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziev arrived in Batken region by military helicopter of the Armed Forces, the government said.
An armed conflict arouse on the border of Kyrgyzstan with Tajikistan killing 1 Kyrgyz soldier and injuring a dozen of others, including a child and civilians.
During his working trip, Abilgaziev will meet with residents of villages in the border areas, visit those injured at the hospital and hold an operational meeting with heads of relevant government agencies.
