Bishkek hosts Kyrgyz-Russian Energy Forum

Bishkek, Sept. 18, 2019. / Kabar /. The Kyrgyz-Russian Energy Forum is being held in Bishkek, where issues of cooperation in the energy and mining sectors are discussed.
The main goal of the forum is to establish business relations between Russian and Kyrgyz enterprises in the energy and mining sectors, as well as to sign agreements on further cooperation.
The organizers of the forum are the representative office of the All-Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium Enterprises "Support of Russia" in the Kyrgyz Republic together with OJSC TNK "Dastan" with the support of the Export Support Organization (Russian Federation).
In his welcoming speech, Chairman of the Management Board of TNK Dastan OJSC, Taalai Temiraliev, noted that the mission of this event is to create the right conditions for all participants and achieve certain successes in cooperation in developing joint production to expand the market.
In turn, the representative of the All-Russian public organization of small and medium-sized enterprises "Support of Russia" in the Kyrgyz Republic Konstantin Kutsenko added that bilateral relations are now developing, and the main goal is to find common ground between the companies of the two countries - Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
"The energy theme is very important for cooperation between our two countries and has a long history. Today, Russia is implementing its largest projects in Kyrgyzstan on gasification and oil. Therefore, cooperation in this area is very important," the representative of the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in the Kyrgyz Republic said.
