AKIPRESS.COM - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the order on appointment of Mukhtar Tleuberdi as Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan, Akorda said.
Tleuberdi has worked as Deputy Foreign Minister of the country for the past three and half years.
