Ambassador of Tajikistan meets with Minister of Commerce and Industry of India

AKIPRESS.COM - The Ambassador of Tajikistan to India H.E. Mr. Sulton Rahimzoda met with H.E. Mr. Piyush Goyal, the Minister of Commerce and Industry of India and Co-chair of the Joint Commission on trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation between Tajikistan and India on Sept 19.
During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation between the two countries in the field of trade and industry, as well as the issues regarding the Joint Commission on trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation, 10th meeting of which was held in Dushanbe in January 2019.
Besides, importance of cooperation of the free economic zones of Tajikistan and India was acknowledged and the parties expressed their readiness to further develop their cooperation.
