There are 402,000 individual entrepreneurs in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - More than 15,000 enterprises operated in Kyrgyzstan, including 93% small businesses and about 5% medium enterprises, data of the National Statistics Committee showed.
The biggest number of operating enterprises (more than 26%) carried out their activities in trade, more than 15% - in industry and about 12% - in construction.
As of January 1, 2019, about 402 thousand individual entrepreneurs were operating in the country, while the number of employed by small and medium enterprises in 2018 was 91 thousand people, or about 4% of the total number of employees in the economy.
