Kazakh President calls on other countries to follow Kazakhstan's practice on evacuating people from combat zones

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan is ready to share its experience with other countries on evacuation of people from combat zones, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said at the 74th session of the UN General Assembly, Akorda reported.
"This year, Kazakhstan implemented a special mission Zhusan in cooperation with our international partners," he said.
The President said that 595 citizens of Kazakhstan succumbed to terrorist propaganda, including 406 children, returned home from the fighting zones in Syria.
"We strongly urge to adopt the same measures as Kazakhstan," he noted.
