AKIPRESS.COM - The state budget envisaged 500 million soms for digital transformation in 2019 and 500 million soms will be envisaged in 2020, said Prime Minister Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziyev during the government's meeting on Friday.
"In 2020, we must shift to using own resources, and not the credit facilities to avoid further increase of the public debt," he said.
The budget revenues are forecast at 163.7 billion soms in 2020, budget expenditures are forecast at 173.6 billion soms, while the budget deficit will be 9.9 billion soms, he said.
Tax revenues are projected at 93.1 billion soms in 2020 or by 10% more than in 2019, customs revenues - 51.6 billion soms growing by 6.2%.
The budget expenditures will come from own sources, he said.
7 billion soms are envisaged for raising salaries of school teachers in 2020, investments in law enforcement system will be 2.3 billion soms, healthcare - 700,000 soms.
Very important events are planned for 2020 such as population census, which will have 239.3 million soms from the budget, and parliamentary elections, which will have 1.2 billion soms from the budget, he added.
