AKIPRESS.COM - Despite moratorium on business checks, they did not stop, said MP Elvira Surabaldiyeva during the meeting of the parliament on Oct 2.
She was outraged by the 17th point of the draft law on termination of employment contracts at the request of trade unions.
According to this point, the employer cannot fire their employees only because the latter is a member of trade union, she said.
"It might lead to blackmailing of employers," she said.
The parliament is considering the draft law on trade unions in second reading.
