Tokayev raises smog issue in Nur-Sultan

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev during the session on development of the capital city touched the issue of smog in Nur-Sultan, Vlast.kz reports.
The head of state noted that this problem should be resolved as soon as possible.
The main problem in energy infrastructure of the city is unpreparedness for Saryarka gas pipe connection, Tokayev added.
According to him, funds for this issue will be reallocated among other regions.
The President underlined that the government should think of gas provision in the capital city pointing out a huge smog in winter.
