President Tokayev receives Russian FM Sergey Lavrov

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on October 9 received Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov, TASS reported. Lavrov is on his official visit in Nur-Sultan. Earlier he held talks with Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tleuberdi, where they confirmed the course of cooperation of the two countries.
The two discussed bilateral cooperation within the international organizations, including the EAEU, CIS, SCO and the OSCE.
A special attention of the sides is a regional security taking into account the geographical closeness of Kazakhstan and Russia.
