President Jeenbekov meets Nursultan Nazarbayev in Baku

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov on October 14 on the sidelines of the 7th session of the Council of Turkic States in Baku met with the First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. The talks were held upon arrival of them in Baku. They exchanged views on bilateral relations of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
Jeenbekov congratulated Nazarbayev on his election as honorary chairman of the Turkic Council and handing over of the order of the Turkic World. The award ceremony will take place on October 15.
The Kyrgyz President underlined Nazarbayev's personal contribution to the establishment and strengthening of a strategic partnership between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
Nazarbayev said he supports all efforts of the head of state aimed at deepening cooperation and friendly relations of the two countries.
