AKIPRESS.COM - The mayor's office of Bishkek lost 10,000 living space due to weak activities of its lawyers, vice mayor Aziz Alymkulov told a roundtable discussion today.
The mayor's office after analysis and inventory found out that some land plots were allocated in Bishkek with a mandatory condition for the return of the constructed housing earlier.
There are about 30 land plots of such category, he said.
"But, unfortunately, the mandatory conditions were withdrawn by courts decisions in 60-70% of cases. The preliminary calculations showed that the mayor's office lost about 10,000 cubic meters of lands. This is a result of weak activities of the legal part of the mayor's office of Bishkek and some dishonest leaseholders," the vice mayor noted.
