AKIPRESS.COM - The law on renewable energy resources did not work, because it was too optimistic and the government cannot work at a loss to itself, said Economy Minister Sanjar Mukanbetov.
The parliament committee for transport and communications is considering the draft law on state budget for 2020 and forecast for 2021-2022.
MP Marat Amankulov (SDPK) said that there are complaints from entrepreneurs. "They took loans for the development of the industry, but none of the things promised by this law were provided to them," MP said.
The MP said that now entrepreneurs are incurring losses and cannot pay off their debts.
