Kazakhstan bans export of oil products from country by automobile transport

AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Energy, Minister of Interior, the First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of and Chairman of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan signed the order on export of oil products from the territory of Kazakhstan, Zakon.kz reports.
According to the document, the ban is launched for 6 months on export of oil products except for export of oil products in gasoline or petrol tanks designed by manufacturer of automobile transport and installed in compliance with the technical regulations and in additional containers of less than 20 liters
Petroleum, diesel fuel and other kinds of oil products are prohibited to be exported by tank cars from the territory of Kazakhstan for 6 months, Minister of Energy Kanat Bozumbayev said earlier at the government press service.
The joint order comes to its force in 10 calendar days after its official publication (October 22).
