About 100 thousand people engaged in individual business in tourism sector in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - More than 97,800 individuals or 87.9% of the total business entities registered in Kyrgyzstan are engaged in individual business in tourism sector, the statistics said.
Reception and service of tourists in 2018 were carried out in 486 rest houses and tourism organizations.
187 of them are health resort institutions and the others are specialized reception institutions, as well as 194 hotels, 64 tourist firms and tourist operators, 32 tourist objects and others.
Most number of tourists came to Issyk-Kul region, where the number of tourists reached more than 900,000 people.
