Identification of pet dogs to complete in Kyrgyzstan in 2019

AKIPRESS.COM - Identification of pet dogs will be completed in Kyrgyzstan in 2019, said Director of the State Veterinary and Phitosanitary Security Inspectorate Kalysbek Jumakanov.
The identification of pet dogs is under way, he said.
"Every pet dog should have a collar with personal numbers, which allow to monitor the dogs and their diseases and veterinarians, etc." he said.
The dogs with no collars are regarded as stray dogs subject to isolation to avoid spread of various diseases, he said.
He added that every dog must be vaccinated in accordance with the veterinary law.
