MP doubts Kyrgyz government can increase foreign trade turnover by $1 bn in 3 years

AKIPRESS.COM - MP Azamat Arapbayev doubted that the Kyrgyz government can achieve its own forecast for foreign trade turnover growth by $1 billion in coming 3 years.
Speaking at the session of the parliament committee for economic and fiscal policy, Arapbayev said that the exports of Kyrgyzstan decreased by $100 million in the last 10 years.
"How are you going to then achieve $1 billion growth," he asked.
The parliament committee considered the draft budget for 2020 and forecast for 2021-2022.
