SCO multilateral economic cooperation program to focus on digitization

AKIPRESS.COM - The heads of government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states adopted a new program of multilateral commercial and economic cooperation until 2035 at the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states on November 2 in Tashkent. The new program was developed by line ministries and agencies, SCO Business Council and Interbanking Association.
The program sets the priority tasks in different areas, including in trade, banking and financial cooperation, transport, industry, agriculture, energy, tourism, education, innovations, interregional cooperation.
A special emphasis is made on digitization and high technologies.
