Event on occasion of 100th anniversary of Turdakun Usubaliyev kicks off in Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM - The event on occasion of 100th anniversary of public figure Turdakun Usubalieyv kicked off in the National Philharmonic named after Toktogul Satylganov on Nov 6. The event was attended by the President Sooronbai Jeenbekov, Parliament speaker Dastanbek Jumabekov, Prime Minister Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziyev, chairman of Supreme Court Gulbara Kaliyeva, lawmakers and others.
The theater performance about the life and activities of Usubaliev was held within the event.
Previously, the honored builder of Kyrgyzstan Asan Davletov suggested to rename Bishkek after Turdakun Usubaliyev.
