Toktogul penal settlement opens after repair

AKIPRESS.COM - The penal settlement No. 52 in Toktogul district has been repaired, the State Penitentiary Service said. The new dormitory for more than 100 persons was commissioned.
The roof was repaired. The windows were replaced. The floor, water supply, heating, drainage systems were repaired.
The front side of the building needs to be repaired only. It will be finished in spring and the walls will be winterized.
The canteen was repaired and kitchen was supplied with necessary supplies.
Repair was carried out by inmates of the penal settlement.
