AKIPRESS.COM - Turkmenistan will hand over a transformer to Afghanistan as humanitarian aid, TDH state news agency reported November 11. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a decree to that effect. The document ordered the Ministry of Energy to donate a 220/110/10 kV transformer with a capacity of 125 MVA together with equipment to Afghanistan as a humanitarian aid.
The last time Turkmenistan rendered humanitarian aid to Afghanistan was was in July. It included medicines, clothes, and children's clothing, school textbooks and supplies, and confectionery.
