AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan and Russia do not agree on supply of Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft, the Civil Aviation Committee of Kazakhstan reported.
"Such negotiations are not held at high levels. The national airline fleet mainly consists of Western aircraft," the Committee noted, Sputnik Kazakhstan reports.
Earlier Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Andrey Rudenko told about supply of Sukhoi Superjet 100 planes.
SSJ100 is a Russian short-haul passanger liner. It is designed for transportation of up to 98 passangers at the distance up to about 4.4 thousand km. The first flight of the plane was performed in May 2008.
There is one SSJ100 in Kazakhstan. It belongs to the Comlux-KZ airline and is used for business flights.
