Nazarbayev meets Iranian Foreign Minister

AKIPRESS.COM - The First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev met with Foreign Minister of Iran Mohammad Javad Zarif, who arrived in Nur-Sultan to participate in the meeting of the Astana Club International discussion platform, the former President's press service said. During the talks, Nazarbayev thanked the guest for participation in the forum.
"Kazakhstan has been supporting Iran on many issues," he noted.
The Iranian diplomat, in turn, thanked Nazarbayev for organization of the Syrian talks in Nur-Sultan and praised the contribution of the first President to strengthening the regional security.
