Tokayev on working visit in Kokshetau

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has arrived in Kokshetau, the administrative center of Akmola region, Sputnik Kazakhstan reported.
The head of state during his working visit wil meet with the activists of the region and hold meeting on developmenmt of the region, his spokesman Berik Uali said.
The program of the trip also includes visit to some industrial facilities.
The 17th interregional forum of cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan will be held in Kokshetau in 2020, the spokesman reminded.
The Kazakh President speaking at the plenary session of the Omsk forum on November 7 proposed to hold the Russian-Kazakh cooperation forum in Kokshetau next year. The Russian President Vladimir Putin supported the topic of the forum, which was offered by Tokayev - cooperation in the field of environment and a green growth.
